Order Processing & Shipping Information

Once your order is confirmed, we will process it within approximately 74 hours.
After that, packaging and shipping preparation will take around 3 to 5 business days in Japan, followed by dispatch.

Once shipped, delivery typically takes around 2 to 3 weeks.
However, delays may occur due to Japan’s major holiday periods (e.g. New Year holidays, Golden Week in late April to early May, Obon holidays in mid-August, Silver Week in September), or due to global conditions (e.g. pandemics).

If your order does not arrive within 3 weeks after dispatch, please contact the shipping carrier using your tracking number.

 

Tracking & Delays

If your package hasn’t arrived within the expected delivery timeframe and you selected a trackable shipping method, please follow these steps:

 1. Check your tracking number
You can find your tracking number in your shipping confirmation email or by logging into your account and checking the “My Orders” section.

 2. Track the shipment
Visit the shipping carrier’s website and enter your tracking number to view the latest delivery updates.

 3. Contact your local post office
If your package seems delayed or stuck in transit, we recommend reaching out to your local post office for more information.

If you’re still unable to locate your package after checking with the postal service or if it appears to be lost, please contact MOGU MOGU JAPAN’s Customer Support Team for further assistance.
